| You may begin setting up your exhibit at 10:30am on Wednesday, April 16th and all exhibits should be set up by 11:45. All exhibits must be dismantled and removed by 4:00pm. |
| One 6-foot table will be provided with white drape. |
| Please bring your own extension cords if your exhibit requires electricity. |
| You may ship materials for your exhibit two (2) days prior to the conference. Please ship your items to the Marriott address above. Label packages with the name of the person claiming the package, the group affiliation (WVDA Conference), and the pick-up date. |
